1.Brand Ambassador
- Neat and well groomed at all times, adhering to brand's grooming standards.
- Knowledgeable about the brand, heritage & products, and the ability to communicate these clearly with clients.
- Attend trainings and/or attend related trainings approved by company.
- Provide support at special VIP events.
2.Sales
- Achieve sales targets (Individual target, pool target).
- Achieve personal sales KPIs
- Average Ticket Sales (ATS)
- Unit Per Ticket (UPT)
3. Client Service
- Provide professional and courteous client service to all clients. Including greeting and acknowledgement of clients, and serving of beverages where required.
- Assist in handling customer complaints and process quality inspection, under supervision of boutique supervisor.
4. Client Recruitment
- Proactively acquire new client to company's database, with client information and purchase preferences captured accurately.
- Develop client relationships by providing clients regular updates via telephone calls, messages or emails.
5. Boutique Appearance
- Keep the boutique clean, neat and tidy at all times.
- Ensure visual merchandising is clean and displayed at all times.
6. Stock Management
- Assist in inventory management (packing of stocks, stock count).
- Able to perform basic Point-of-Sales functions (i.e. check stocks, receiving of stocks, CRM).
7. Daily Operations
- Attend daily staff briefing conducted by the Boutique-in-charge
- Ensure boutique closing completed within stipulated time. Ensure all security measures are appropriately armed and locked.
8. Team Work
- Get along harmoniously with colleagues and achieve a dynamic work environment for all.
9. General
- Answer phone calls according to the Boutique SOP.
- Assist in simple procurement for the Boutique – stationery, printing papers, ordering receipts for printing, pantry supplies.
*Suitable candidates may be given the opportunity to convert to Part-time or Full-Time
