Jewellery Dispatch Junior

This is a full time position based in Redfern, Sydney
We are looking for someone to do daily picking and packing of jewellery orders, as well as administration duties and also be flexible to do other office tasks as required. This is not a large warehouse based role, but instead working as part of a close knit team from the stockroom at our head office. This is an entry level position with opportunity to grow.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Picking, packing and checking orders ready for dispatch
- Preparing all online orders
- Creating freight consignments
- Stock room and inventory maintenance
- Office supply orders
- Some customer service
What we are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, has an interest in fashion or jewellery, and has:
- Basic MS Word and Excel
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with tight deadlines
- Efficient and professional approach
- Always willing to extend
