The purpose of the position is to manage the Junior Medical workforce experience at Wagga Wagga Base Hospital (WWBH) in line with the Health Education and Training Institute (HETI) accreditation standards. This includes coordination of recruitment, orientation, registration, deployment and rostering of the junior medical officers. Deputise as the Manager Medical Administration Unit for periods of approved leave.
