At Enterprise & Training Company Limited (ETC) we take care of our people and offer training and development opportunities PLUS a huge range of staff benefits including salary packaging, paid birthday leave, a staff incentive program and more. You get all this, while helping to make a difference in the lives of people in our community.

As a Jobs Advisor, you will work with a diverse range of clients, providing them with personalised support and coaching throughout their journey. You will also work collaboratively with other ETC staff, employers, and community partners to create opportunities and outcomes for your clients.

This is a full-time, fixed-term position with the option of a monthly accrued day off and other flexible working arrangements.

You will also enjoy a range of benefits, including training and development opportunities, salary packaging, paid birthday leave, a staff incentive program, and more. Most importantly, you will be part of a caring and supportive team that makes a difference in the lives of people in our community.

The ideal candidate for this role will:

  • Provide great customer service
  • Be able to meet business objectives

While no Employment Services experience is needed and full training will be provided, we have found people from Retail, Call Centre, Customer Service and Administration backgrounds have transferrable skills to make a successful career change into Employment Services.

No direct experience is required for these roles, however there are some things that are required:

  • A recent, clear National Police Check
  • A current Working with Children Check / QLD Blue Card
  • Experience in case management, career coaching or employment services, preferably Workforce Australia or DES
  • Exceptional communication skills and a high level of computer literacy
  • Strong administration skills
  • Current Driver’s Licence and the ability to travel between different ETC sites
