We are recruiting for a Jobs Advisorwho works in the Workforce Australia Services (WAS) Program, providing support and coaching to help people obtain sustainable employment. This role is office based at Port Macquarie and involves a mix of career coaching, empowerment, and even some tactful tough love when it’s needed. This is a full-time position with the added benefit of a monthly accrued day off offered as an option.

No experience is required for this role, however there are some things that are required:
- Exceptional communication skills and a high level of computer literacy
- Strong administration skills
- A recent, clear National Police Check
- A current Working with Children Check / QLD Blue Card
- Current Driver’s Licence and the ability to travel between different ETC sites
