Joinery Drafter

Opportunity for an experienced cabinet maker to move into drafting or an already experienced drafter to learn a new software and advance their skills

The Company

Join a well-known business within the joinery industry that has been operating over 20 years, producing cabinetry and joinery for a variety of commercial projects from restaurants to offices, multi-residential and more.

The company are looking to expand their drafting team, in which they use their own in-house software for. (there would be training for this)

The role would suit someone who already has some knowledge and experience of the following:

• Interpreting architectural drawings and documentation.
• Use of another CAD software to design and create detailed plans.
• Trade qualification in cabinet making or strong knowledge of joinery industry is advantageous

About You:

• Preferably have a trade qualification or strong knowledge of the cabinet making/ joinery industry and processes OR have prior experience in design / technical drawings for cabinetry.
• Be committed to learning a new software.
• Be receptive to feedback.
