Established in 2004, Kingswood Cabinets is based in Narangba on the North side of Brisbane, Manufacturing and supplying high quality joinery/cabinetry solutions to the Residential, Multi-residential and Unit Development segments throughout South East Queensland. We are currently experiencing Rapid Growth in the industry and we are looking for Candidates that are looking to join a Company that is expanding to support those Market opportunities.
About the role
Some Key accountabilities of the role include:
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Compile and create effective written proposals/quotations, and completing tenders when required
- Take ownership and responsibility for delivering successful, sustainable outcomes in all aspects of the estimating process
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyse the territory/market's potential, track sales

Skills and experience
Ideally we are looking for someone who has/is:
- At least three years proven experience in a Kitchen Sales, Design & estimating role
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Proven work experience as a sales representative
- Recent and demonstratable Kitchen industry experience
- Positive attitude and results focused
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word Experience
- Ability to accurately interpret plans, drawings, tenders and trade contracts
- Ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Excellent selling, communication (Written & Verbal) and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and autonomously
