Key responsibilities include:
- Invoice processing
- Prepare payments and reconcile credit cards
- Reconciliation of supplier payments
- Resolve invoice discrepancies
- Vendor file maintenance
- Answer external calls
- General administrative duties
- Receive and sort mail
- Assist the finance team with other duties as the role requires
Our Ideal Candidate will have (but not essential):
- Experience with Xero desirable
- Accounts Payable experience preferred but not necessary
- Be a dependable individual who values punctuality
- Good communication with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
