Collaborating with the strongest Principal that constantly deliver the best results for both clients and vendors, we are seeking a Sales Associate to collaborate in the sale of Sydney's most sought after properties.
The Role:
Joining a high consistent performing individual that has been honored for over the last 10+ years, this is a role that will require no less than 100% in everything you do. Through expertise, dedication and of course, results, you will be responsible for:
- Assist in the management of up to 10 plus property campaigns at any one time
- Cold calling, prospecting - hitting the phones!
- Customer care and liaison with vendors, buyers and solicitors
- Handling all potential buyer enquiries
- Email, appointment and diary management
- Buyer call backs following open homes
- Setting up & collecting signboards
- Database prospecting, development and maintenance
- Attending weekly sales meetings & training
- General administration duties
- A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- The desire to learn and success
- The ability to work proactively and independently
- Must have a car and valid driver's license
- Polished, well spoken and immaculately groomed.
