About the role: 

We are looking for a Junior Broker Assistant to join our small and friendly team working in the Finance Broking area  to assist with the loan application process. Initially this is a part time role ( initially 30 days) , that will be upgraded to full time. We have a convenient south of the river office location with on site free parking.

Initially, you will be required to assist the broker and  team with day-to-day tasks, checking and saving supporting documents, and general administration duties. These will be the initial tasks until we can progress into full time employment. You will need to be able to prioritise and manage your time effectively, work well in a team and independently, have attention to detail and have intermediate mathematics skills to be considered for this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining office cleanliness
  • Taking and directing phone calls
  • Meeting deadlines 
  • Checking supporting documents to ensure all information is correct
  • General Administration tasks as required
  • Providing updates to broker and customer
  • Liaise with Banks and Lenders
