We are seeking a full-time Junior Chef to join our one-year old team. This opportunity will suit someone who is passionate about food and drinks; loves to work in a fun environment and gives more than 100% of themselves when they cook. You will also be able to display the following attributes:
- Ability to work in high volume, fast paced fine dining restaurant
- Excellent communication
- Ability to work well within a team
- In-depth understanding of food safety & hygiene practices
- Creativity around menu development and food presentation
- A naturally positive demeanour
- High standards and expectations within the kitchen
- Eagerness to assist with all aspects of kitchen service

ABOUT MOLLY ROSE
Molly Rose brewing is looking for an inspiring and talented chef to join our team. We are a small brewery, distillery and restaurant based in Collingwood. We make a diverse range of beers that are designed to accompany food, delicious and complex while maintaining their approachability.
We have been operating our venue for 5.5 years and are one of the only restaurants in Australia that offer a Chef's Table experience paired with beers and drinks made in-house.
At Molly Rose our goal is to provide a beer experience that always exceeds expectations. Whether this is buying a 4-pack at a bottle shop, a pint at your local or a perfectly paired beer and snack in our bar.
Our menu is Modern Australian inspired by Southeast Asian flavours. Our offer ranges from casual beer garden to cocktail wine bar, chefs table and banquet private dining experiences.
