Joining the team at Izumi Caroline Springs Restaurant and Bar as an Entry Level Team Member means being at the core of ensuring our operations run smoothly. You'll dive into a paced setting gaining insights into the world of hospitality.
**Key Duties;**
1. **Customer Care;** Deliver efficient service to all diners ensuring their dining experience surpasses expectations.
2. **Food and Drink Preparation;** Assist, in preparing dishes and drinks following recipes and quality standards.
3. **Upkeeping Cleanliness;** Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the dining area, kitchen and service stations to uphold our stringent hygiene standards.
1. **Supporting Teammates;** Work together with colleagues to maintain a workflow and provide service.
2. **Managing Transactions;** Handle customer payments, with precision and efficiency.
3. **Menu Familiarity;** Gain an understanding of our menu options to assist customers with questions and suggestions.
4. **Compliance Commitment;** Follow all health, safety regulations and guidelines for serving alcohol
5. **Extra Duties;** Help out with tasks and duties as directed by management.
**Qualifications;**
