Role Overview: As a Junior Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the GM of Group Services in various aspects of general management, including but not limited to People & Culture, Administration, Data Analytics, and Work Health and Safety. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in multiple facets of business operations and make a significant impact within our organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing people and culture initiatives to ensure a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Provide administrative support to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Contribute to data analytics projects by collecting, analysing, and interpreting data to inform decision-making.
- Support work health and safety initiatives to maintain a safe and compliant workplace environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and achieve organisational goals.
