Cloud Cartel is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer with a good eye for design to join our growing, fast-paced business. The role will be to work closely with our web, design & marketing team on a mixture of creative and exciting projects, social media marketing, marketing collateral and front-end web design.

What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree will be highly regarded or equivalent experience in Graphic Design
- Confident in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Working knowledge of design on various Social Media platforms
- Demonstrate creative flair and an eye for detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong time management skills to manage & prioritise workloads
- Ability to work autonomously towards meeting deadlines
- Understanding of print and digital design process;
- Fundamentals in UI/UX design; familiarity with Figma is highly regarded
- Solid foundational knowledge of typography and grid systems
Graphic Designer Responsibilities:
- Create and build creative content for multiple online platforms including websites, EDMs, organic and paid advertising.
- Ideation, creation and implementation of creative content for social media chanels.
- Print Design for various marketing collateral.
- Developing new, innovative and relevant brand identity and marketing materials.
- Assist the creative team with campaign imagery, including flat lays and editing.
- Working with the marketing, creative and online team to ideate and implement creative solutions.
- Typesetting and repurposing materials, working within established brand guidelines.
- Assist in the ideation and creation of brand identity assets.
To be suitable for the role you must have:
- Intermediate to advanced skills with Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, MS Office & any related graphic applications such as Figma.
- Thrive working in a close-knit, fast-paced and highly productive team.
Knowledge or understanding of the following is preferred but not essential
- Basic understanding of web design platforms, particularly Wordpress and Figma.
- Some experience working in a design role or a portfolio of work examples.
- Experience with video editing and animation.
- Understanding of basic digital marketing concepts.
- Ensure consistency of visual and brand content across all channels.
- Developing concepts into final artwork and ensuring creative concept work across all media channels.
