AddressNRW Holdings is proud to be one of the leading diversified providers of contract services to the resources and infrastructure sectors in Australia. The NRW Payroll team provides full-service payroll support to 5 of the 8 business units across WA.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and reliable individual to join our dedicated and productive payroll team as a Junior Payroll Officer.
To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 12 months proven experience in payroll or a similar administrative role. The successful applicant will have the ability to excel in a fast-paced driven work environment and have a keen willingness to learn.
Reporting to the Payroll Manager you will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Accurately maintaining payroll data and employee records including timesheet data entry
- Supporting employee payroll requests and queries
- Assist with calculating payroll adjustments and accruals as required
- Providing assistance to Payroll Officers
- Adhoc administrative duties related to payroll
The successful candidate for this position will have:
- At least 12 months experience in a payroll or related administrative role
- Ability to prioritise and demonstrate effective time management for competing deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work both autonomously and closely within the team
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite
