This position is an entry-level Project Management role and provides opportunities and experience to develop into a role with more seniority.
The purpose of this role is to assist the Senior Project Managers in the delivery of projects. The successful applicant will be expected to:
- Complete assigned tasks autonomously and with minimal supervision
- Demonstrate high-level organisational skills to balance multiple competing priorities
- Demonstrate initiative in assisting Project Managers in their day-to-day work requirements
- High-level communication skills between clients and all key stakeholders
- Excellent written communication and technical aptitude in design, construction, contract, tenancy, and project management
- Embody the workplace culture and values of AllCast
- Maintain excellence in accountability for their designated tasks including:
- -Working with manufacturing team on planning, liaising on production requirements and delivery
- -Preparing consultant contracts and proofreading documentation and design plans
- -Preparing and assessing tenders
- -Managing smaller work packages under the Senior PM supervision
This excellent opportunity to engage with the AllCast team will grant you experience managing design, tendering, cost management, contract management and programming. You will be supported and encouraged to obtain industry training and qualifications.
