We are seeking a Junior Project Manager aspiring to develop their career in project management. This is an entry level position and whilst you may not have the experience, you are an individual who demonstrates all of the right attributes; is highly organised, dynamic in their approach to problem-solving and outcomes focused.

Our projects are rarely linear so the need to be flexible and adapt to shifting circumstances is important. Strong communication skills are also vital in successfully collaborating with multiple project stakeholders.

Utilising your strong organisational skills and attention to detail, you will assist your team in effectively plan and deliver projects. The opportunity to either as part of a wider team or individually, subject to the scale of the project.

You are the type of individual who is self-driven and thrives under pressure to achieve successful outcomes.  

As formal Project Management qualifications are not essential this is a great opportunity to transition from an allied field such as industrial design, construction or commercial and retail fit-out would be considered advantageous. What is also an important attribute, is good design sensibility or a good understanding of architecture. 

This role will provide you with the opportunity to use your well-developed communication and organisational skills to work with various project and design teams as well as liaise directly with clients. 

The primary responsibilites for this role include:
- supporting the project team
- client briefings and scoping projects
- preparing proposals and tender submissions
- planning and programming
- project administration
- EH&S planning and validation
- site visits and quality inspections
- budget and programme management

Projects are both local and national and therefore you will often find yourself working on your own projects locally and joining a multi-office team when rolling out a national brand.
