Junior Resume Writer

The CV Studio is a small business looking for a driven team member, who will be responsible for providing resume-writing support to the project manager.

This part-time work-from-home position offers a flexible schedule, perfect for individuals seeking to balance work with personal commitments, such as academic responsibilities or family care. There is also the potential for progressively increasing hours.

Responsibilities

• Analysing the client's existing resume + additional notes, to identify key strengths and accomplishments.
• Writing and editing the resume to create a clear, concise, and compelling document that showcases the client's skills and experience.
• Formatting the resume to make it visually appealing, easy to read, and compatible with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Ensuring that resumes are tailored to the specific industry and job being applied for.
• Communicating effectively with the project manager throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Exceptional English writing skills and passion for unleashing the power of words
• Strong ability to work toward deadlines
• Immaculate attention to detail 
• Ability and willingness to learn and grasp new concepts quickly
• You will need to ensure all text is proofed + edited for accurate grammar, spelling, formatting and overall quality
• Experience in HR or recruitment will be an advantage but not a must
• Must have an ABN or be willing to obtain one
• Must own a computer/laptop
