About the College
De La Salle Catholic College Caringbah is the only all-boys, Catholic Year 7 - 12 College in the Sutherland Shire. It is a part of the exciting reimagining of the Eastern-Shire precinct in partnership with St Aloysius Cronulla, Our Lady of Mercy College Burraneer and within the parish of Our Lady of Fatima Caringbah. With our first Year 11 cohort in 2024, the College is at a unique and exciting phase of its development and growth. Our goal is to empower each young person in our care as a person of faith, respectful of the dignity of each person knowing all are made in the image and likeness of God.

About You
The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to our ethos of high expectations. You will have a proven record as a high-quality teacher, an excellent communicator, and display a passion for co-curricular.
To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate you satisfy all of the following essential selection criteria:
Essential Criteria
- Commitment to the Catholic Education of boys in the Lasallian tradition;
- Understanding of appropriate behaviours and professional boundaries that reflect child safeguarding values in practice;
- Qualified and experienced teacher - Stage 4 to Stage 5 with NESA Accreditation and approval to teach in NSW;
- Ability to cultivate an engaging and high-quality learning environment that meets the academic, social and emotional needs of boys;
- High level of interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with staff, students, parents and the broader College community.
- Ability to teach Stage 4 and 5 Science
