Your Role as a Junior Site Foreperson
Our client is seeking a general labourer who is keen to learn and hardworking.
Your responsibilities in the role will encompass:
- Packing & wrapping joinery
- Quality assessment of installed stone and joinery
- Loading trucks when needed
- Maintenance of site conditions
- Onboarding of labour hire
- Coordinating deliveries
- Managing sub-contractor's
- Installing stone benchtops
- Strict adherence to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) protocols and guidelines.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- 2 years’ experience as a general labourer
- A good work ethic (attitude over aptitude)
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Driven
- Punctual
- Well-presented and well-spoken
- Physical stamina for an 8-hour workday
- Willingness to travel to various site locations across Melbourne.
