Form of workLodhia Lawyers is a boutique commercial and Property Law firm located in the heart of the Sydney central business district.
We are seeking a Graduate Lawyer/Junior Lawyer with at least 1 year experience for its Property and Commercial Law Practice.
The role offers the opportunity to work on an interesting variety of matters ranging from commercial law, Property Law and litigation. You will be assisting the Principal of the firm.
Post admission experience is preferred but highly motivated graduates will also be considered.
The ideal candidate will be career-orientated and must meet the following criteria:
- Experience using LEAP legal software and PEXA;
- Business transactional and conveyancing experience;
- Preferable experience property/commercial law and litigation;
- Be enthusiastic and willing to learn;
- Have strong legal, analytical and communication skills;
- Have the ability to work both independently, remotely and as part of a team;
- Demonstrated ability to work within strict deadlines;
- Have proficiency in the use of general Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn specific internal software applications such as Leap documents;
- Australian citizens only.
The successful applicant will receive training and mentoring from the firm principal.
