We are looking to add another passionate, service-focused Chef to our Dandelion family.
Dandelion Bar and Restaurant is situated at the Karrinyup Shopping Centre West Deck and brought to you by Parker Group. Grow and learn under hospitality professionals, including our Head of Culinary Brendan Pratt (ex Vasse Felix).
The venue operates for dinner five days a week, with lunch service also offered Thursday to Sunday.
This role is perfect for CDP, or someone ready to step up into a Junior Sous role. Full time hours are available, with an annualised salary option possible.
You will apply your extensive kitchen skills to proactively co-lead your team of skilled chefs, and manage different sections of the kitchen. Reporting to the Head Chef – Matt Payne, you will ensure high standards in both service and kitchen management.
What you possess:
- A huge passion for incredible food, customer experience and team collaboration;
- 2+ years experience in a CDP role at a comparable fast-paced venue;
- Ability to work under pressure, take the initiative, and handle challenging situations rationally;
