As a Junior Support Analyst, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality support for our software solutions, including Epicor ERP and our in-house developed companion products. Your key responsibilities will include logging support requests, analysing issues, resolving customer queries, and contributing to product enhancements. This requires delivery of excellent customer service and high levels of product and technical support to our customers, partners and internal resources.
Additionally, as an Internal IT Technician, you will utilise your technical expertise to provide essential IT support to our internal staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our internal systems. From troubleshooting hardware and software issues, addressing basic network connectivity issues, performing maintenance tasks and documenting solutions, you'll be a key member of our overall team.
