About the opportunity:
We are seeking a passionate Junior Technical Support (Residential Solar & Batteries) person to join our mission as the world's largest Clean-Tech.
This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a booming industry. You are joining us in a period of rapid growth in a rewarding role where you can make a positive difference to the environment
Roles and responsibilities
- Manage blue-chip clientele
- Oversee Tier 1 Technical Support cases
- Problem solving, conflict resolution and escalations
- Schedule and manage service calls and installations
- Liaise with customers and technical staff to keep them up-to-date with customer requirements
- Inbound customer calls
Skills and experience
- Full Australian work rights
- Fantastic customer service and technical skills
- Renewable Engineering Degree or similar is highly regarded but not essential
- Ability to develop and foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Positive "can do" attitude
- Proven ability
- Exceptional time management skills and attention to detail
