My name is Sabri Suby and I am looking for a sharp and switched on People & Culture Coodinator to join my team.

But not any old coordinator, no. Especially not the usual that is happy in a dry, boring and quiet area of HR.

No two days in this role will be the same.

However, your responsibilities will include:

  • Support the People & Culture Manager in the management of the end-to-end recruitment process including headhunting.
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Explore new advertising strategies and platforms
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Promote the company’s reputation as “best place to work”
  • Support the People & Culture Manager in the onboarding of new employees
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the HRIS system.
  • Provide administrative support to the People & Culture department as needed.
  • Support the People & Culture Manager with company-wide events & activities.

Look, our ideal candidate will have an ‘I got this’ attitude...they will be solution-focused with a proven track record in finding the best of the best unicorns and keeping them.

You will have to possess the ability to run through walls to get to a solution.

And won’t be the type of person who throws their hands in the air and gives up at the first sight of a challenge.

Requirements

  • Willingness and ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrates effective work practices and cooperatively participates as a member of a team
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality
  • Unparalleled organisation and time management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus but not a requirement.
