An exciting role has become available for a Junior Website Merchandiser to join the White Fox family based at our stunning office in Rosebery.
Our Junior Website Merchandiser will work alongside the E-commerce team, Head Of Buying & Web Developer to coordinate the upload of products to our website & visual merchandising of products across the Australian, UK, EU & United States storefronts.
The Junior Website Merchandiser will help deliver an exceptional online experience to our customers, driving sales through UX, initiatives & SEO optimisation
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all products are maintained and merchandised across 2 storefronts AU & US
- Reviewing images/content/descriptions across the site to ensure White Fox are always looking amazing and relevant and there are zero mistakes
- Product management and upload, including image upload, product description, tagging and SEO optimisation using the Shopify Plus Platform
- Liaise with the Creative Team around e-commerce shoots ensuring all product is shot correctly & delivered in high quality
- Working closely with buyers to manage the process between the arrivals of stock to warehouse and online publication/merchandising
- Ensuring all website product merchandising aligns with the marketing calendar to increase sales, conversion and brand aesthetic
- Coordinate with the buyers and design team regarding sample organisation.
- Review and proof all online written content
- Monitor the website for operational issues and troubleshoot
- Creating new categories on the website and populating with styles
- Action markdowns as requested by the buying team
- Communicate with marketing & buying teams around promotions, ensuring correct product is being promoted & provide pricing to marketing teams as needed
- Work directly with the further e-commerce team & website developer’s on the maintenance and development of our AU & US sites to deliver an exceptional online experience through UX, initiatives & SEO optimisation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, however raw talent, attitude and skills are always highly valued
- Great problem solving skills & the ability to think quickly and troubleshoot technical problems
- Extremely strong grammar skills
- Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail required for this role
- Ability to self manage, show initiative and effectively meet and exceed deadlines
- Shopify Plus knowledge strongly preferred
- Passion for UX & e-commerce fashion
