About the role
Reporting to the State Sales Manager, you'll be a critical member of the sales team, responsible for delivering sustainable sales growth and delivery to budgets across key independent banner groups
  • Build he profile, distribution, and sales of the Treasury Premium Brands wine portfolio in Key State based customers
  • Talk confidently on category and shopper insights so that customers better understand the sales and category opportunity that TPBs wines can deliver
  • Fully own and manage the customers, activation calendar, promotional plan and all discounts and rebates spend within budget, and the communication to the Field team to ensure excellent execution
  • Develop, manage, and leverage relevant trading initiatives and expenses to maximize sales and marketing opportunities within a fixed expense budget
About you
We are searching for an FMCG sales professional who understands the importance of building strong relationships and networks. Ideally, you will have wine and/or liquor experience and will be confident in delivering in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Highly skilled in analysing data to recommend mechanics for promotional activity and negotiation
  • Demonstration of a strong business & execution focus
  • Experience in dealing with a demanding and diverse customer base
  • Demonstrable experience in leading successful negotiations
  • Strong communication, influencing and collaboration skills
