ABOUT THE ROLE

• Establishing and growing distributors in VIC, TAS and WA.
• Regular on site visits to distributors in VIC, TAS and WA.
• Strong focus on new business development
• Maintaining and further developing sales in major accounts
• Reporting on market requirements for future product designs
• Extensive training and ongoing support

REMUNERATION

The role offers a competitive salary package with a very attractive uncapped bonus structure as well as flexible hours and hybrid work arrangements.

ABOUT YOU

• Minimum of 5 years experience of developing distributor networks
• Consistent record of exceeding sales targets and KPI’s
• Genuinely care about customers
• Strategic sales approach, with the hunger to develop profitable new business and market opportunities
• Strong work ethic & self motivated
• Results driven
• High standard of personal presentation
• Energetic and organised
• Trustworthy and professional with a can-do attitude
• Intermediate computer skills
• You must have a clean and current driver’s license
