Responsibilities:
① Responsible for the daily management of the Key Account department and completing the business indicators issued by superior units.
② Focus on the exploration of potential major customers and the business breakthrough of newly developed major customers.
③ Complete the team building of the Key Account Department, and provide task assignment, business guidance and work coordination to the personnel of the Key Account Department.
④ Develop Key Accounts under the jurisdiction of the Key Accounts Department, and complete key actions including but not limited to daily visits, technical exchanges, return inspections, and signing of strategic cooperation agreements.
⑤ Lead the team to complete sales work for major customers, including but not limited to bidding, quotation, contract (or order) signing, equipment production, delivery and payment collection, etc.
Qualifications:
① Bachelor degree or above, with at least 7 years of experience in Key Account development or marketing and management.
② English can be used as the working language.
③ Good interpersonal skills, coordination and communication skills, language expression and adaptability.
④ Applicants majoring in business administration or marketing are preferred.
⑤ Applicants with working background in the global construction machinery industry are preferred.
Mandarin speakers are preferred.
