About the Role
Apprenticeship Support Australia (ASA) are seeking an experienced Key Accounts Adviser to join our dynamic team in Osborne Park. As a Key Accounts Adviser, you will be responsible for retaining and growing existing clients by serving as the main point of contact between the organisation and key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing their needs effectively.

This role is available on a part time (0.6FTE) basis, with an immediate start.

As an individual who is inspired by the opportunity to support WA businesses, you will channel your natural flair for business development and pair it with your exceptional interpersonal skills to add value to our ASA clients and enhance their journey.
 
Key responsibilities include:

  • Deliver high-level customer relationship management that promotes service excellence and customer retention.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement retention initiatives to ensure long-term client partnerships.
  • Work with internal business units to understand current market trends and information that should be shared with clients, and to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • High level of business skills including analytical, negotiation, market research, communications, and relationship development/management.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for issue resolution, ensuring prompt and effective solutions to address client concerns.
  • Regular and effective use of internal systems to document progress and manage pipeline.
  • Provide clients with information on new features, upgrades, and industry best practices.
  
To be successful in this role, you will also have:
  • Proven experience in key account management, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to professionally interact with internal and external customers to ensure an exceptional level of service and satisfaction.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of, and experience using, CRM technology with accuracy of data entry.
  • Strong ability to build internal relationships and deal with and manage change.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Police Clearance
  • Working with Childrens Clearance
