We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant on a Permanent Full-Time basis. This is a term time only role, so you will enjoy an amazing work/life balance.
Duties and Responsibilities
This position has primary responsibility for ensuring hygiene and sanitation standards are maintained, goods and products are receipted, stored and distributed, and food is prepared and served in a safe and hygienic manner.
Essential Criteria
- School Certificate or higher
- Previous experience in Kitchen Work
- Enthusiasm for providing excellent customer service.
- A passion for healthy food and beverages (preferred)
- Literacy and numeracy skills
- Good listening skills
- Good communication skills
- Physically fit, able to lift up to 15kg and spend the majority of shift standing and walking.
- A valid Working with Children clearance
