We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Kitchen Attendant to join our dynamic food truck team in Canberra. As a Kitchen Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our food truck by providing essential support to our kitchen staff. You will work in a fast-paced environment, helping to prepare and serve delicious dishes to our valued customers.

In response to growing the business and procuring a food truck, we are looking for a dedicated Kitchen Attendant to join our dynamic team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Food Preparation
- Cooking Support
- Maintaining impeccable standards of Cleanliness and Hygiene
- Dishwashing
- Inventory Management
- Customer Service
- Team Collaboration
- Adherence to Food Safety Standards
Essential Criteria:
- Prior experience in a kitchen or food preparation role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work evening shifts.
- Experience cooking Asian inspired food.
- Knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A proactive and can-do attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Lifting and carrying moderate to heavy kitchen equipment and supplies.
- Handling hot and sharp objects with care.
- Adherence to all safety and hygiene guidelines.
