Job Description
- Actions cleaning duties within the kitchen, food preparation areas and scullery.
- General pantry duties and maintain cleanliness of pantry, fridges and freezers.
- Assist in the preparation of food as directed by the Executive Chef or supervisory team.
- Maintain cleanliness and rotation of stock in pantry, fridge and freezers.
- Assist with the receiving and storing of stock.
- Ensure all kitchens are kept clean and tidy according to current Health & Hygiene regulations.

Qualifications
- Availability to work a flexible rotating roster including weekends, evenings, public holidays
- Chemical handling experience & understanding of safe work practices preferred.
- Ability to undertake the physical aspects of the role
- The physical aspects of the role which include but are not limited to; constant standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling.
