About the role:
• Casual Role - Monday to Friday - No weekends, No Public Holidays
• Working 5:30am-1:30pm, Monday to Friday
• Large food preparation of cafe food items for the venue, particularly Cold Food prep (sandwiches, salads, etc)
We'd love to hear from people with:
1. Previous hospitality/kitchen hand experience
2. Excellent organisation, cleanliness and efficiency skills
4. Able to follow structured recipes and presentation standards
5. Great working knowledge of food handling & hygiene standards, including stock control
6. Confident in a fast paced environment
