The Gig
Ovolo Hotels is in search of their next Kitchen Attendant to come join our Fabulous Unconventional, Never Boring Team! You will play a vital role in the kitchen, ensuring smooth operations at all time whilst on shift. This is a Part-Time role and will require flexibility within your availability. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Assist the chefs with food preparation
- Safely operating dishwasher, cleaning restaurant dishes/glass as well as all utensils used within the kitchen
- Ensuring the order and cleanliness of the kitchen facilities up to government and company sanitation standards
- Maintaining all kitchen appliances and cooking equipment, ensuring everything is safely stored away, as well as stock levels are up to standard
- Removal of rubbish bins and waste from the kitchen premises
About You

This is an entry level role with no prior experience necessary however experience in a kitchen environment is desirable. You will have a 'can-do' attitude with a passion and eagerness to learn. You may have a passion for hospitality or are currently studying culinary of some sort, looking for a step in the door. You will have a bright and bubbly attitude that will fit in with our fun and friendly kitchen team.
