We are current seeking an enthusiastic, energetic Kitchen Hand to work on a CASUAL or FULL TIME positions basis in a busy new restaurant.
Duties include but not limited to:
Washing of crockery, cutlery & glassware
Kitchen cleaning including pot washing and heavy cleaning duties
Maintaining a clean work/ service environment
Help plating function food on occasions
Adherence to food hygiene and OH&S
To be successful, you must:

The ability to work in a fast paced environment
Have the ability to perform duties suitably during busy periods.
The role offers a flexible 7 day rotating roster.

Morena is an exciting new concept, nestled inside the historical GPO building in bustling Martin Place, inspired by the vibrant food culture of Latin America. Morena will deliver a corporate, formal, dining experience while allowing the dynamic and lively culture of the cuisine to shine.
Led by an experienced kitchen team, Morena’s menu will focus on the vibrant flavours from across Latin America.
