Mainly focussed on detached housing, FGOC provides products and installations into multi-faceted home renovation projects as well as to a wide variety of customers in new-home construction, from medium-density affordable housing through to premium architectural homes, pushing the envelope in both function and design. Our team of passionate installers will have the opportunity to work in areas best fitted to their preferred work style as well as to be aligned with their level of skills and experience.   

About you:

We are looking for someone with:

• A trade qualification in Cabinet Making, Joinery or Carpentry
• An understanding of the kitchen installation process
• A strong work ethic, integrity, team-spirit, and pride in the quality of their  work
• Strong time management skills and the ability to react and adapt to dynamic schedules
• Practical and efficient problem solving abilities
• The ability to read and understanding technical drawings
•  The ability to engage with key stakeholders and remain calm under pressure
• Receptive to constructive feedback and always open to trying and learning new methods and techniques
