Kitchen Maintenance Co-Ordinator

Timpelle Kitchens is well-established manufacturer of quality custom kitchens and joinery with a focus on customer experience. 

We have a immediate start position available for a Maintenance Co-Ordinator in our service team.

To be considered for this role, you must have excellent time management skills and the ability to work in partnership with our customers and team.

Role Responsibilities:

Maintenance Co-Ordinator

• Customer Service – key point of contact for clients, understanding customer expectations. Corresponding via telephone and emails.
• Liaising with stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure compliance to warranty policies and procedures.
• Provide support to our team of site supervisors and scheduling workloads on time.
• Administration - Ensure maintenance work is completed on time and on budget, job scheduling, quoting, job completion reports, job audits, WHS risk assessments. 
• The ideal candidate will be customer service focused, well-presented and professional. They must also have the ability to provide clear and concise communication with all relevant teams, while being able to multitask and be organized. 

Available Hours:

• Full Time – 5 Days a week 
• Monday – Friday 
• 7am – 3.30pm 

Skills and Experience: 

• Minimum 2 years’ experience within the Kitchen Industry
• Proficient and up-to-date industry knowledge of hardware and materials.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite; Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Basic proficiency in MYOB
• Excellent ability to build rapport with suppliers.  
• Possess a high level of attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills and an ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment. 
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Pleasant and professional phone manner.
• Positive attitude with the ability to self-motivate.
