HOSPITALITY Kitchen Operations Manager required for Defence contractor located in Wagga Wagga, NSW

You will be required to manage kitchen staff of 4 x large kitchens, deliver 300+ meals per day, knowledge and skills with cost control and financial reporting, safety culture at site, food safety standards, good communication skills, function planning and management - call us now!
We are looking for someone who has the following attributes:
- Background with experience of managing operations within a hospitable environment
- Financial Management and reporting experience & skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Conflict management skills & experience
- Problem-solving skills
- Able to establish and maintain a WHS environment for the site
- Able to motivate a team to succeed and achieve KPI's
- Knowledge of quality management and compliance systems & procedures
- Good work ethic and attention to detail
- Computer-literate with the ability to learn new systems
- Must be able to complete a National Police Check which will be paid for.
- 38 hours per week
- $100K package (incl Super)
