About the Role
- Work alongside the chef assisting with food preparation
- Ensure that the kitchen, storage areas, fridge and freezers are a high level of cleanliness
- Cleaning of all kitchen equipment, utensils and kitchen surrounds
- Casual position
Essential Requirements
- 2 years prior experience in a kitchen environment with knowledge of food hygiene
- Previous experience in food preparation and cleaning is essential
- Self-driven and autonomous whilst being open to direction
- Personable, well presented, enthusiastic and reliable
- Hard working, physically fit and reliable able to lift 10-15kgs comfortably
- Have excellent communication skills
- ‘Can do’ attitude and willingness to learn
Rates: M-F : $30.10/hr Sat:$36.12/hr Sun:$42.14
