Your new role:
By joining PepperGreen Farm as a Kitchenhand/Delivery Driver, you will be part of the catering kitchen team working under the supervision of the Team Leader. You will help prepare and deliver meals and catering to our customers.
The role includes working with people who live with disability.
What we are looking for:
Demonstrated empathy and compassion.
Demonstrated kitchenhand experience or enthusiastic home cooking experience.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage time and workload effectively to achieve business priorities in a dynamic environment.
Capacity to work with people who experience a broad range of disability types and require varying support needs (desirable)
Chef or Cook Qualifications (highly desirable).
Food Handling and Food Safety Certificate.
Current Manual Drivers licence (essential).
High level of personal integrity and professionalism.
The desire to contribute to our purpose and grow with the company.
Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Outlook.
Full Victorian Driver's Licence and the ability to drive a manual vehicle
Experience or qualifications in the disability sector, as well as a Food Handling and Food Safety Certificate, are highly desirable.
Mandatory Screening
The successful applicant will undergo an Australian National Police Check, Legal Rights to Work in Australia check, NDIS Workers Screening Check and Working with Children Check.
