• Approx. 10 months

About the Role

An exciting opportunity exists for a person to support delivery of a Kronos (UKG) system training to our client in Sydney. This role will be part of a project and will include a support and training delivery to end users.

Tasks and responsibilities

• Support delivery of high quality face-to-face system training to end users
• Provide support to end users post training
• Support the project training lead and trainers with development and/or updates of learning materials  
• Provide end users’ feedback to project stakeholders
• Establish and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders (project members, employees, and training lead, trainers) to ensure the delivery of the learning program meet everyone's needs
• Some travel between sites will be required

About You

• Must have some Kronos (UKG) system knowledge (rostering and time & attendance)
• Must have system support delivery experience
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and face-to-face
• Flexible and reliable
