About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists for a trainer/facilitator to deliver system (Kronos) training to our client in Victoria. This role will be part of a project and in addition to delivery of training will include a support to end users and project training needs.
Tasks and responsibilities
- Deliver high quality face-to-face system training to end users
- Provide support to end users
- Support the project training lead with development and/or updates of learning materials
- Provide end users’ feedback to project stakeholders
- Establish and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders (project members, employees, and training lead) to ensure the delivery of the learning program meet everyone's needs
About You
- Must have training delivery experience
- Must have Kronos (UKG) system knowledge (rostering and time & attendance)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and face-to-face
- Flexible and reliable
