The KYC Specialist is critical to making this happen and will:
Manage the KYC requests to completion on behalf of Institutional Relationship teams and Product partners
Take ownership for KYC requests
Provide a customer centric approach that minimises effort and improves the client experience in the KYC process (taking initiative)
Ensure KYC “collect” requirements are fully compliant with ANZ regulatory obligations and ANZ AML/CTF policies and procedures
Provide guidance to the customer on KYC requirements in a clear, concise and customer friendly manner
Provide subject matter expertise on KYC requirements and assist with solutions for policy exceptions
The incumbent will be the conduit between the customer and ANZ to complete KYC in a streamlined, efficient manner with the customer lens overlay.
The KYC specialist will need to demonstrate a strong commitment to ensuring the best possible experience for both ANZ Customers and Bankers. A major part of this role is to provide input and feedback to promote ongoing improvements to policy and process in a collaborative manner, building and leveraging stakeholder relationships to help drive KYC Compliance to 100%.
