Robet Half are partnered with a leading Managed Service Provider (MSP) who are seeking to expand the team with a talented L2 MSP Technician. You'll play a vital role in supporting a wide array of clients, providing exceptional technical support, and delivering on projects.
Responsibilities:
- Provide second-level technical support to clients, resolving escalated IT issues promptly and effectively.
- Perform proactive maintenance and monitoring of clients' IT systems to prevent downtime and optimize performance.
- Implement and manage Microsoft 365 solutions, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and more.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic guidance and recommendations to enhance their IT infrastructure.
- Get involved in project delivery for clients.
Requirements:
- 2+ years' experience working within an MSP environment.
- Exposure with the M365 stack - Exchange Online, Azure AD, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, Defender, etc.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
