Engineering People area staffing solutions company specialising in the engineering and technical fields.
Our client is an multi-national industry leader, who is looking for a Laboratory Assistant.
As a Laboratory Liaison, your primary responsibility will be to facilitate communication and coordination between the laboratory and customers. You will handle various tasks related to customer inquiries, service reports, billing summaries, document archiving, optimize the pre-booking system for key account customers and coordinate with customer in scheduling onsite pipette service.
Managing pipette calibration lab shared email Inbox queue and response to customer.
Ensuring timely and professional communication with customer
Ensure service order are processed efficiently and in timely manner, managing customer expectations with efficient response time.
Generate service report and billing summary via service booking system to enable accurate invoicing.
Ensure electronic calibration certificates are archived appropriately.
Provide administrative support to enable quality service delivery.
Track and manage pipette service pre-booking system.
Liaise with technician and 2IC to schedule onsite service.
