AddressSGS is seeking a Laboratory Manager to lead the team in Pilgangoora.
Responsibilities include, however not limited to:
- Liaison with clients on sample analysis requirements and other queries.
- Provide monthly reports to clients and senior management.
- Manage priorities and monitor progress to ensure timeliness and quality of results.
- Maintain appropriate staffing levels and encourage enhancement of skills. Maintain and update staff training records.
- Provide regular management and quality reports.
- Maintain SGS Quality Management System, ensure non-confirmations are registered and closed out in timely manner and management review meetings held.
- Personal improvement to be able to contribute towards progression of the laboratory.
- Responsibility for P&L whilst working within a defined budget.
