We are currently seeking expressions of interest for the following part-time position in our Secondary School commencing on Monday, 25th March 2024:
Laboratory Technician (0.6 FTE - 3 days) - Secondary Science
The successful applicant will:
- work in partnership with science teaching staff to provide effective learning outcomes for science students.
- require effective communication skills and the capacity to take on responsibility and work independently, and they should possess good organisational skills.
- work under the direction of the Head of Science, the Laboratory Technician assists with Middle School Science and Senior School Biology, Human Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Integrated Science classes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum: Certificate III in Laboratory Techniques or equivalent/higher.
- A current Working with Children Check
- A current National Police Clearance
- Sound Literacy and Numeracy skills
- Australian residency and eligible to work in Australia.
