Work Location: Perth - Fortescue's Perth office is located on the traditional lands of the Whadjuk people.
Roster: Monday to Friday
As the Labour Hire Advisor (Contingent Labour Management Advisor) you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day usage and best practice of Fortescue's Labour Hire function.
Key Responsibilities
- Working closely with key stakeholders around best use and practice of Fieldglass and Labour Hire procurement
- Liaising with key Labour Hire vendors and aid where required
- End to end processing of QAS forms in Fiori - My purchase requisition
- Training, communication and change management to internal and external stakeholder
- Providing hands on assistance in trouble shooting and providing ongoing support, face to face training and guidance to end users
- Working closely with Contracts & Procurement to deliver contractual changes to supplier and execute system changes in Fieldglass
- End to end management within the international portfolio
- International data validation
- Work closely with Fieldglass Support Team and SAP system consultants
- Fieldglass panel and QAS Off panel Vendor Management
- Demonstrated previous experience in a Contractor Engagement, or Labour hire program management role
- Experience processing and receipting invoices in SAP
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task
- High degree of proficiency in all levels of computer operation including SAP, Fieldglass and Fiori
- Excellent communication skills
- Mining Industry knowledge advantageous
