Universal Coatings is a well-established market leader in the Protective Coatings industry with a strong reputation for quality and service for over 20 years. 

We are seeking a hard-working labourer / Factory Hand to join our team based in Wangara. 

There may be opportunities for pay increases based on performance

Universal Coatings is a fast-paced environment and the successful applicant will be required to work 38 hours Mon-Fri with additional hours when needed:

Applicants must have;

• Must be reliable and have a good work ethic with a can-do attitude 
• Able to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Reliable Transport and a current driver’s licence
• Physically fit with the ability to safety lift loads and manually handle goods as you will be on your feet all day 

Duties

• Surface preparation to various substrates for painting e.g. cleaning and sanding
• Upkeep and maintain a clean and safe workshop
• Loading and off-loading items from production lines
• Additional duties as required
